Ontario Public Sector Salary Disclosure - Sunshine List 2016

The Public Sector Salary Disclosure Act, 1996 makes Ontario’s public sector more open and accountable to taxpayers. The act requires organizations that receive public funding from the Province of Ontario to make public, by March 31 each year, the names, positions, salaries and total taxable benefits of employees paid $100,000 or more in the previous calendar year.

Following Anthony Dale was Chief Operating Officer & Vice President, Educational Services Warren Diclemente, with annual earnings of $308,458.30. Chief Human Resources Officer & Vice President, Health Human Resources Leadership Julie Giraldi made $277,791.74, Vice President, Policy and Public Affairs Elizabeth Carlton made $257,884.56, and Chief Negotiations Officer Jason Fitzsimmons round out the top-five highest-paid employees with $239,653.91 for the Ontario Hospital Association 2016 Sunshine List.
